A Voice Shaped by a Lifetime of Reading
Some people discover books. Cindy Morton was born into them. From the earliest age, she has been a voracious reader, averaging over 200 books a year, building an encyclopedic feel for storytelling, pacing, character, and the music of language on the page.
But reading to herself was never quite enough. For more than 40 years before she ever stepped in front of a microphone, Cindy was reading aloud — to family, to friends, to anyone who would listen. Stories were always meant to be shared.
"Reading to myself filled my world. Reading aloud let me share it."
That lifelong immersion in stories is what Cindy brings to every narration project. When she steps into the booth, she doesn't simply read words aloud. She inhabits the world of the book, drawing on decades of deep reading to deliver performances that feel true, nuanced, and alive.
Her work spans the full breadth of imaginative literature and beyond: sweeping fantasy epics, heart-racing romance, mind-bending science fiction, illuminating non-fiction, and polished professional media. Whatever the genre, Cindy's goal is always the same — to honor the author's vision and give the listener an experience they won't forget.
